PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid spill from a waste liquid pack which is removed from printing equipment with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A waste liquid pack for accommodating a waste liquid comprises an encapsulation component for encapsulating an opening and an energization component. When the waste liquid pack is mounted onto equipment, an encapsulation port on the equipment side pushes the encapsulation component therein and enters into the waste liquid pack. When the waste liquid pack is removed from the equipment, the encapsulation component energized by the energization component blocks the opening. Further, in the state that the waste liquid pack is mounted onto the equipment, an interior of a container is communicated with atmosphere, and air current is fed into the interior of the container so as to promote evaporation of the waste liquid, whereby a time for replacement of the waste liquid pack can be elongated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
