PURPOSE: A system and the method for auto alarming the entrance of a chatting partner in chatting via the internet are provided to automatically recognize the customer who enters a chatting room, according to a chatting program, and thereby to inform a counselor or a chatting room opener of the entrance of the customer, while they are doing their work. CONSTITUTION: The chatting room is prepared when a dedicated counselor(10) and a plurality of chatting room users(20) access a chatting server in order to do online chatting. If the customers(30) who wants to have a counsel and common users(30) enter the chatting room, the chatting server automatically reports that someone has entered the chatting room to the dedicated counselor(10) and the chatting room users(20). If the service for automatically reporting the entrance of the customer is selected, a bell sound or a music can be used for the inform of the entrance. |
