PURPOSE: A method for processing civil affairs through internet is provided to supply a service method for prompt and convenient civil affairs processing by receiving civil affairs requests through the internet and processing the service fee payments for issuing civil affairs documents and processing the documents through online. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing civil affairs through internet is composed of identification, request, execution, and delivery. A civil affairs processing site identifies the identity of the civilian, who has connected through the internet, and receives the civil affairs document type, the quantity of documents, the delivery method, and the delivery destination information(S210). The service payment for processing the civil affairs documents is made online(S220). The civil affairs processing site executes the civil affairs document issuance request to the appropriate government office(S230). The designated government office delivers the issued civil affairs documents to the civilian and stores and confirms the delivery completion information(S240).
