<p>The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide, a human central cannabinoid receptor 22, the polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide and the method for producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The invention also discloses the uses of the polypeptide in methods for treating various diseases, such as neural mental disturbance diseases, development disturbance disease, nervous system tumour or occupancy disease, immunological disease, inflammation and HIV infection etc, especially psychotropic active drug causing mental disturbance disease etc. The invention also discloses the agonists against the polypeptide and the therapeutic action thereof.
