PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular braking/driving force control device providing an easy operation for parking irrespective of a parking place. SOLUTION: The vehicular braking/driving force control device is provided with a parking mode selecting switch 10 distinguishing a parking state of carrying out a parking operation and a non-parking state of a state other than the parking state, and a brake pedal operated by a driver. A controller 50 detects a manipulated variable of the brake pedal, generates a certain target vehicle speed corresponding to the detected manipulated variable, calculates a braking/ driving force so that a present vehicle speed becomes the target vehicle speed, and controls a braking/driving force of a vehicle on the basis of the calculated braking/driving force. |
