PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement medium which allows a person possessing a note to take the note in the hands and see a content display part formed in the note and, at the same time, is capable of inevitably and reliably showing goods or a guide to be desirably advertised through an advertisement display part, by utilizing the part capable of forming the display parts in the note. SOLUTION: In the advertisement medium, the content display part consisting of letters, figures, symbols, patterns or else presenting the contents of the goods is formed on the part capable of forming the display part of the note and, at the same time, the advertisement display part consisting of letters, figures, symbols, patterns or else advertising the goods and the guide unrelated to the descriptions in the content display part is formed on the region other than the content display part.
