<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked piezo-electric element capable of suppressing a deformation during firing, while preventing a migration generated through a side surface. <P>SOLUTION: A stacked piezo-electric element 100 consisting of alternately stacked first internal electrodes 1 and second internal electrodes 2, with a piezoelectric layer 5 interposed therebetween, is provided. The first internal electrodes 1 and the second internal electrodes 2 are connected with each other, respectively via through holes 11 and 21 provided passing through the piezoelectric layers 5 in a direction of stack. The first internal electrodes 1 are provided so that a peripheral portion 1a is exposed to a side surface 103 of stacked piezoelectric elements 1, and the second internal electrodes 2 are provided so that a peripheral portion 2a is located on the inner side of the side surface 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
