<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for supporting planning/drafting of a project wherein a work load of personnel is properly balanced, detecting generation of delay of the ongoing project, and properly coping with it, in the project. <P>SOLUTION: This project management device has: a means recording work schedule of the project including a plurality of work processes and present progress information; a means referring to result progress information running into the completion of a past related project; and a prediction means predicting a degree of the delay of the project by comparing the present progress information with the result progress information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
