<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform identity authentication when receiving a commodity ordered by a customer, and to communicate confirmation information that the commodity is correctly received to a management server on a supplier side. <P>SOLUTION: Address information about the management server 6 and subscriber's telephone number of a portable communication terminal 3 possessed by the customer concluding a contract are previously written in a memory 55 of a wireless tag 5 attached to the commodity 4. A terminal control part 34 of the portable communication terminal 3 transmits a reading command including the subscriber's telephone number to the wireless tag 5 via a reader transmission part 35 or the like when receiving the commodity 4, and a tag control part 54 returns with the address information of the management server 6 included via a tag transmission part 56 or the like when the subscriber's telephone number inside the command agrees with contents of the memory 55.
