<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric powder, which has a high specific dielectric constant and, in more detail, is sintered at a relatively low temperature, and with which a dielectric material having a high dielectric constant is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric powder is prepared by blending a barium titanate coarse powder having an average particle size of 0.5-5.0 μm, a barium titanate fine powder having an average particle size of 0.03-0.3 μm, and a glass powder. A green sheet is formed by forming a film of a sheet-shape by using the dielectric powder and a binding material.
