<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo motor control unit capable of compensating time delay in a speed command, increasing the oscillation limit in the control gain of a position controller, and accomplishing sufficiently quick response without causing a servo motor to oscillate. <P>SOLUTION: The servo motor control unit has a time delay state estimating device 309. The estimating device includes: a first computing unit 101 that is inputted with a speed command and outputs a speed command correction signal; a second computing unit 102 that is inputted with a speed command correction signal and a state estimation device stabilization signal and outputs a position feedback signal; and a third computing unit 103 that is inputted with a position feedback signal and a rotation position and outputs a state estimating device stabilization signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
