<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device equipped with a highly reliable power supply voltage detecting circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with: a power supply voltage detecting circuit for detecting a power supply voltage, and for, when the power supply voltage is decreased lower than a first reference voltage, generating a first disable signal, and for, when the power supply voltage is decreased lower than a second power supply voltage, generating a second disable signal; a first circuit block connected to the power supply voltage detecting circuit and stopping operation when the first disable signal is inputted; a second circuit block connected to the power supply voltage detecting circuit and stopping operation when the second disable signal is inputted; and a power supply voltage detection invalidating circuit for invalidating the first disable signal or the second disable signal when the first circuit block is operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
