In order to produce a brush (2), especially an interdental brush, e.g. two core bars (80, 81) are extruded with at least one molded-on lamella (82, 83, 84, 85) by means of an extrusion process. The lamellae are subsequently divided into bristle elements. The inventive interdental brush can also be produced in an intermittent bar extrusion process by extruding at least one core bar with at least one molded-on row of bristles. The brush that is produced according to said methods is twisted in an additional step such that the bristles are disposed helically in the longitudinal direction of the brush. |
