<p>The invention relates to wind-power engineering and can be used for autonomous power supply of objects and for producing electric power in an electric power system. Said invention makes it possible to increase the wind power use factor in the process of time independently of the wind direction and speed, to simplify the structural design, to improve operating characteristics, to reduce production and maintenance costs and to increase the reliability. The inventive power plant comprises blades (2) (a wind receiver, disk area) in the form of two or more tube segments. Each blade (2) is pivotally fastened along the axis at the end face between the internal edge and the center of the segment by means of a bracket (4), the other end of which is rigidly connected to the shaft (4). Each external edge of each blade (2) is connected at the end faces to a load (13) arranged on a flexible rod (5) (or on arms brackets) (14). The shaft (1) is connected from the bottom to a reducing gear through a ball fastener and/or a universal joint shaft. In low-power wind power plants, the top of the shaft (1) is pivotally connected to the ground by cables, whilst in mean- and high-power wind power plants the top of the shaft (1) is pivotally connected to arc-shaped frames (8) which are, in turn, connected to the ground or a base by the lower ends thereof and are tied in the middle part therebetween and/or fixed to the ground by cables.</p> |
