Induction water-proof using dual floor on a rooftop and a greening method using the same are provided to prevent water from falling on the rooftop by guiding the water fallen from the upper panel out of the upper panel. Induction water-proof using dual floor on a rooftop and a greening method using the same comprise a plurality of upper panels(21), support members(40), and a drain passage(50). The upper panels prevent water from falling on a floor(11) of a rooftop. The support members are located between the floor of the rooftop and the upper panel to support the upper panels. The drains passage is formed on the upper part of the upper panel or the lateral part of the upper panel to guide the water fallen from the upper panel to the outside out of the upper panel. Grasses and trees are planted on the upper part of the upper panel.
