PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide opening/closing type electronic apparatus which is capable of preventing the reduction of operability and can have the external appearance made compact as much as possible, with respect to the slide opening/closing type electronic apparatus wherein a cover body enclosure which faces a front of a main body enclosure having operation keys in a front thereof is attached to the main body enclosure slidably between a closed position for covering the front of the main body enclosure and an open position for exposing the operation keys and a spacer forming a space together with the cover body enclosure is provided in the front of the main body enclosure. SOLUTION: In the slide opening/closing type electronic apparatus, a key pad having a frame and operation keys is installed in the front of the main body enclosure, and the spacer is projectingly formed integrally with the frame of the key pad.
