The broadcasting equipment 200 inside the building sound-outputs signals inputted by a line input terminal 271 from a speaker 400 only while a contact signal input terminal 270 inputs the contact signals. Since the signals inputted by the line input terminal 271 while the contact signal input terminal 270 inputs the contact signals are the sound signals of the emergency earthquake flash report, the broadcasting equipment 200 inside the building can sound-output only the emergency earthquake flash report.
