PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable heat sink having less noise and excellent cooling performance while achieving cost reduction and weight reduction. SOLUTION: The heat sink includes: a metallic base plate 2 having a heat source 6 thermally connected on its one surface and a plurality of grooves 5; a plurality of metallic fin plates 3 having one part buried and bonded to the grooves 5; and vibration elements 4 having one part buried into the grooves together with the fin plates 3 and vibrating the fin plates 3.
