摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite powder for an electrode capable of providing an electrode improved in a charge-discharge characteristic at high current density without degrading weight energy density and volume energy density, and improved in joint strength between an electrode active material and a conductive material; and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This composite powder for an electrode has a structure where electrode active materials are jointed to each other through a conductive material. (1) The electrode active materials and the conductive material are previously bonded to one another by subjecting a material mixture containing the electrode active materials and the conductive material to a mechanofusion treatment, and then, (2) the material mixture after the bonding is filled in a die having conductivity, and sintered by carrying a direct pulse current thereto under pressure above 60 MPa, whereby the composite powder for an electrode is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
