摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal device having a phase difference layer wherein variation of a phase difference value is restrained in a manufacturing process, and also to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the liquid crystal device is provided with: a coating process (step S2) of coating a phase difference layer forming material on a first substrate aligned so as to determine a lagging phase axis direction of the phase difference layer; and a phase difference layer forming process (step S3) of forming the phase difference layer by curing at least a prescribed region of the coated phase difference layer forming material. The phase difference layer forming material includes at least one of a polymerizable compound having a polymerizable functional group and a polymerizable liquid crystal compound having two polymerizable functional groups, and a polymerizable compound having three or more polymerizable functional groups, and a solid weight ratio in the phase difference layer forming material of the polymerizable compound is 5% or more and 30% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
