PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation unit in which an assembled imaging device is detached and reused, a photographing unit equipped with the vibration isolation unit, and a photographing device equipped with the photographing unit. SOLUTION: A CCD 110 is mounted on a substrate (flexible board in this instance) FL1, and an adhesive sheet 112 is made to adhere to a part superposed on the CCD 110 while putting the substrate FL1 in between on the substrate FL1. By pressing the CCD 110 by a spring 1112 through the adhesive sheet 112 and the substrate FL1, the spring member 1112 is fixed on the adhesive sheet 112 with an adhesive in such a state that the CCD 110 is pressed on a front butting surface of an imaging device holder main body 1111.
