PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous technique for suppressing a potential variation that occurs in a signal line due to a switching of a control signal to a switching element of a radiation detection pixel, and accurately reading out irradiation of a radiation.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes: an imaging pixel having an imaging conversion element for obtaining a radiation image and an imaging switching element that is connected to the imaging conversion element; and a detection pixel having a detection conversion element that detects an incident of a radiation and a detection switching element that is connected to the detection conversion element. The radiation imaging device controls a control line that is connected to the imaging switching element; a signal line that is connected to the detection switching element, and is disposed to the imaging pixel or the control line so as to be overlapped; a driving part that drives the imaging switching element and the detection switching element; and the driving part so as to apply a voltage of a polarity opposite to the voltage to the imaging switching element when an on or off voltage is applied to the detection switching element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
