PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of concurrently charging a built-in battery of the charger while prioritizing charging of a secondary battery in an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: Chargers 10A to 10C include: an input unit 20 to which DC power is input; a built-in battery 30; an output terminal 40 that is connected to an electronic apparatus 1 and outputs current for charging a secondary battery 2 in the electronic apparatus; and a charging/discharging circuit 50 for performing charging/discharging of the built-in battery. The charging/discharging circuit prioritizes charging of the electronic apparatus over charging of the built-in battery, on the basis of a current value of first charging current for charging the secondary battery through the output terminal; controls second charging current A2 for charging the built-in battery with DC power, on the basis of a current value of first charging current A2 for charging the electronic apparatus with the DC power through the output terminal; and determines whether or not to simultaneously charge the secondary battery of the electronic apparatus and the built-in battery of the charger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
