PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute an instruction within a predetermined time by fetching an instruction to be executed in the predetermined time from storage means which does not perform a refresh operation.SOLUTION: Control means is configured to, when an information processor is shifted to a power saving state, store a first instruction for instructing reset control means to put the control means in a reset state and a second instruction for instructing power interruption control means to stop power supply to the control means from first storage means which performs a refresh operation to second storage means which does not perform a refresh operation. The control means is configured to fetch the first instruction from the second storage means to instruct a reset control module to put the control means in the reset state, and to fetch the second instruction from the second storage means to instruct a power supply interruption control module to stop power supply to the control means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
