PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-emulsion composition without adding ethanol or with low ethanol concentration that is excellent in at least one of self-emulsification, composition dispersibility, emulsification stability, and absorbency.SOLUTION: A self-emulsion composition contains ω3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, 50 to 95 mass% of the total amount of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and ester thereof, and 5 to 50 mass% of an emulsifying agent with a hydrophilic lipophilic balance of 10 or more. The ethanol content with respect to the total mass of the compound and emulsifying agent is 4 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
