PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated iron core, which can shorten a lead time of a production line without changing a metal mold with respect to a different rotor laminated iron core, and accordingly without necessity of preparing other kinds of metal molds.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a laminated iron core inserts a laminated iron core body 14 in which a magnet piece 15 is inserted in magnet insertion holes 12 and 13 between a metal mold 10 and a holding mold 11 and which is positioned with a guide shaft 38, and charges mold resin 19 from a resin reservoir portion 16 to fix the magnet piece 15 in the magnet insertion holes 12 and 13. The method of manufacturing the laminated iron core includes the steps of: providing a resin flow channel 31 directing toward the magnet insertion holes 12 and 13 from the resin reservoir portion 16 between the metal mold 10 and the laminated iron core body 14; and arranging a guide member 18 having a gate 30 communicating with the magnet insertion holes 12 and 13 at a downstream side of the resin flow channel 31. |
