PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine of an air conditioner attaining abnormality detection of an air blower including propeller fan at low cost, and capable of preventing abnormality of the air blower from being wrongly diagnosed due to imbalance caused by adhesion of snow or ice to the propeller fan.SOLUTION: When a first condition that a pulsation value Ia of output current I to a fan motor 101 exceeds a threshold A, and a second condition that a change speed K of the pulsation value Ia exceeds a predetermined value Ka are satisfied (Yes in steps S1, S3), it is diagnosed that there is damage (abnormality) of a propeller fan 100, that is abnormality of an air blower 10 (step S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
