PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white toner for electrostatic charge image development that prevents a reduction in degree of whiteness of an image due to an ultraviolet ray.SOLUTION: There is provided a white toner for electrostatic charge image development that contains toner particles containing a binder resin, titanium dioxide as pigment, and at least either one of niobium in a content of 0.005 mass% or more or phosphorus in a content of 0.003 mass% or more, where the contents of niobium and phosphorus are 0.05 mass% or less, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
