Disclosed are a direction arrangement plate and a falling type empty cartridge arrangement and supply device using the same, capable of completely preventing the separation of empty cartridges and the failure of empty cartridge arrangement, caused by an opened tumbling step and an opened rail of an existing device. An empty cartridge passes through a sliding rail with prevented track departure to be loaded to an exact spot in a longitudinal direction without the division of an inlet and a floor in an empty cartridge loading frame, and then the rightly positioned empty cartridge is moved in its widthwise direction, and the floor (the bottom of the body) of the empty cartridge must be hung on a side slit (53) of a direction arrangement plate (50) placed on the floor of the loading frame and a neck part of the empty cartridge passes through the other side slit. Therefore, the empty cartridge flows into a fall inducing hole in a state in which the inlet of the empty cartridge faces southward. The whole empty cartridge is able to pass through a center slit (52), having a wide width, in the direction arrangement plate. Only the neck part of the empty cartridge is able to pass through the side slit (53) having a narrow width. In other words, the shoulders and body of the empty cartridge are not able to pass through the slit. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving the supply speed and arrangement reliability of the empty cartridge. |
