SMART SWITCH INTEGRATING TACTILE SENSOR AND LUMINOUS ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a smart switch and a method for controlling the same, capable of providing diverse sensitivities by controlling the output of a luminous element in accordance with the position and intensity of a touch. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the smart switch integrated with a tactile sensor and a luminous element comprises: the tactile sensor forming electrical signals corresponding to the position of the touch and the intensity of the touch when a certain touch is applied to the switch; the luminous element which radiates the light; and a control part to measure the position of the touch and the intensity of the touch using electrical signals formed in the tactile sensor, and to control the output of the light radiated from the luminous element in accordance with the result of the measurement. The tactile sensor may additionally comprise: multiple sensing resistors which derive the change of resistance values in accordance with the touch; and multiple intermediate resistors respectively disposed between the multiple sensing resistors.
