PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endotoxin standard solution preparation method that enables preparation through a simple procedure, and an endotoxin standard solution preparation kit for the same.SOLUTION: The above mentioned problem is cleared by providing an endotoxin standard solution preparation method that involves: a preparation step for preparing three or more airtight containers, each having a predetermined amount of injection water provided therein; and a dilution step for diluting an endotoxin standard stock solution by injecting the same into one of the airtight containers, further diluting the diluted endotoxin standard stock solution by injecting the same into another airtight container, and repeating the above procedure of diluting the endotoxin standard stock solution until the last airtight container is used. Such a method allows for preparing three or more endotoxin standard solutions having different endotoxin concentrations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
