PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an entering person whose safety needs to be secured if such an entering person is present in a toll gate.SOLUTION: An entering person detection system includes an entering person detection device for detecting an entering person who is in a toll gate, a determination device that determines whether the entering person detected by the entering person detection device has characteristics of persons concerned with the toll gate on the basis of the detection result of the entering person detection device, and a guidance control device which, if the entering person is determined not to have the characteristics of the persons concerned with the toll gate, executes predetermined guidance control so as to guide the entering person. |
