Provided is a medicine box delivering apparatus capable of replenishing medicine boxes in a state of being arranged in parallel. A medicine box delivering apparatus (10) includes: an accommodating and delivering apparatus (20) capable of accommodating medicine boxes, and delivering the medicine boxes for each prescription; a loading apparatus (30) capable of loading the medicine boxes into the accommodating and delivering apparatus (20); and a replenishing apparatus (70) capable of replenishing the medicine boxes into the loading apparatus (30). The replenishing apparatus (70) includes: a replenishing-object medicine box placing portion on which the medicine boxes are placeable in a parallel state; and a transfer mechanism capable of transferring the medicine boxes, which are placed on the replenishing-object medicine box placing portion, to the loading rack while maintaining the parallel state. The loading rack (32) includes: a loading-object medicine box placing portion on which the medicine boxes conveyed from the replenishing apparatus (70) are placeable in the parallel state; and a loading mechanism capable of loading the medicine boxes by conveying, toward the medicine box paths, each of the medicine boxes placed on the loading-object medicine box placing portion. |
