<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying coating liquid, which can uniformly apply the coating liquid on a plate cylinder roll while keeping the viscosity and components constant without causing a retention part in an ink pan, even when the coating liquid has high viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: The coating liquid supplying device supplies the coating liquid to a plate surface while part of the rotating plate cylinder roll is immersed in the coating liquid in the ink pan, and includes: at least the ink pan for storing the coating liquid supplied to the plate surface of the plate cylinder roll; a supply nozzle in which a supply port slit for infusing the coating liquids into the ink pan is arranged in the axial direction of the plate cylinder roll; and a drainage groove into which the coating liquids which, after being infused from one end edge side of the ink pan by the supply nozzle, reach part of a barrage at the other end edge of the ink pan positioned on the downstream side in the rotational direction of the plate cylinder roll and then overflow the upper part of the barrage and the excess coating liquids scraped off by a doctor are poured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
