PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure inspection device capable of highly efficiently inspecting whether or not there is any unsound part in a structure and reliably specifying a position of the unsound part.SOLUTION: The structure inspection device includes: oscillation means 20A for striking a surface of a structure to oscillate the structure; sound sampling means 11 including a plurality of microphones M1-M4 for sampling sound pressure signals of sound generated by the oscillated structure; sound source direction estimation means 43 that estimates a sound source direction from an arrival time difference in the sound pressure signals to be input in the respective microphones; imaging means 12 for capturing an image of a portion in the direction of an oscillation point as a point to be struck; sound source estimation image data creation means 44 that creates a sound source direction estimation image formed by synthesizing a graphic representing a sound source direction with image data captured when estimating the sound source direction; and abnormal sound generation position specification means 45 that calculates three-dimensional coordinates of the sound source position from a plurality of image data including the sound source direction estimation image and position data of the imaging means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
