PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element excellent in heat resistance, specifically an organic photoelectric conversion element having a heat resistance of 80°C or higher.SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, an active layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a layer (A) provided between the first electrode and the active layer and/or between the second electrode and the active layer and containing a polymer compound having a constituent unit represented by formula (1).
