<p>The invention relates to an integrated robotized flexible cell meant to produce components, inspect and assemble the same in mechanical subassemblies, by off-line programming in virtual reality environments. According to the invention, the cell comprises a hardware structure comprising: a numerical control lathe, a numerical control milling cutter, two industrial robots for handling, working tables, a conveyor and a sensorial system based on 2d, 3d and 6d-power vision sensors, and a software for the control and coordination of operations by developing and modifying manufacturing technologies in virtual reality environment and then transferring data for elaborating the programs for working in real environment.</p> |
