<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-sensitive transfer sheet with a light-sensitive layer having high resolution and capable of forming a high strength cured layer (tent film). <P>SOLUTION: The light-sensitive transfer sheet is obtained by sequentially stacking on a support 11 a first light-sensitive layer 12 comprising a light-sensitive resin composition containing a binder, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator, and a second light-sensitive layer 13 comprising a light-sensitive resin composition containing a binder, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator and having a relatively higher sensitivity to light than the first light-sensitive layer, wherein an absorbance at 405 nm of the first light-sensitive layer is within a range of 0.1-1.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
