COMMODITY REPLENISHMENT SYSTEM AND COMMODITY REPLENISHMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity replenishment system and a commodity replenishment program for saving the labor hour of a customer for purchasing or ordering motion and bringing-back of a commodity and reducing the labor of employees in a store without requiring an individual facility investment.

SOLUTION: This commodity replenishment system is adapted so that the store 2 performs replenishment of a commodity to the customer 1 based on information provided from a recycle agent 4. The recycle agent 4 comprises an RFID reader 40 reading and acquiring a commodity code from an RFID tag 12 attached to a disposed commodity as refuse recovery result data, and an information providing means 45 outputting the acquired refuse recovery result data through a communication network 6. The refuse recovery result data may be written in a CD-ROM or DVD or sent by mail.
