The roll-over protection arrangement has a roll-over bar (6) which is fixed to an internal combustion engine (4). The roll-over bar is fixed to the crankcase (4a) of an internal combustion engine. The arrangement has a seat and an internal-combustion engine arranged in driving direction behind the seat. An independent claim is included for cabriolet vehicle.
