<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce input errors with a simple method regarding data input requested by an orderer, and improve the security of data. <P>SOLUTION: A data input system is provided with; an input-data order system 200, an input-data management system 300 and a data generation system 400 which are all connected to an electric communication line. The input-data order system 200 reads image data from an original manuscript, divides the image data into areas for respective preliminarily determined sections, adds individual identification information to the areas, and generates divided image data to be inputted. The input-data management system 300 classifies the divided image data based on the identification information and makes it impossible to grasp the whole original manuscript. The data generation system 400 acquires the divided image data, which make it impossible to grasp the whole original manuscript, to execute data inputting.
