<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable terminal portion having a mechanism capable of preventing a conductor connecting terminal (male terminal) from being loosened by bending force or vibration when the cable terminal is handled. <P>SOLUTION: The cable terminal portion 10 includes: a terminal portion insulator 2 having a protrusion 2a on its inner wall; an embedded fitting 21 that is embedded and fixed in the terminal portion insulator 2 and has a tapped portion 21a in its inner circumferential surface; the conductor connecting terminal (male terminal) 1 having on its outer circumferential surface a tip-side threaded portion 1a opposed to the protrusion 2a of the terminal portion insulator 2 and a conductor-side threaded portion 1b (constructing a threaded portion 24) engaged with the tapped portion 21a; and a lock ring 22 as a member for preventing the loosening of the conductor connecting terminal 1 which is brought into contact with the protrusion 2a and is prevented from being moved in the longitudinal direction. The lock ring 22 is attached to a locking attachment portion 1c having no male thread provided between the tip-side threaded portion 1a and the conductor-side threaded portion 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
