PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag usable as a vest solving the following problem: a conventional multifunction bag provided with disaster preventive articles is only for emergency, or set at a limited place but corresponding to a limited person such as an able-bodied person and therefor lack in practicality. SOLUTION: The bag usable as a vest is fashionable, friendly to the earth, usable as an ecology bag, and made by employing universal design corresponding to persons with disabilities or applicable to nursing care, houses daily essential products, valuable goods and emergency supplies in accordance with the life work of the user by everyone, anywhere at any time while taking emergency for granted, carried around with the user, and always wearable as an anticrime vest.
