PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having high transparency, not causing drabness by sweat and sebum, providing excellent smooth feeling at coating and having high adhesion to the skin and sustainability of makeup. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by formulating a high-aspect-ratio mica powder having 10-20μm average particle diameter and 70-200 average aspect ratio, preferably a high-aspect-ratio synthetic mica powder.
