PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an output current on/off while reducing influence to a power supply. SOLUTION: A signal output of an output end (OUT) is controlled by making an output transistor Q2 on/off. A constant current circuit 12 which supplies a current for controlling a control end of the output transistor Q2 is made of by making a switch SW1 on so that a current is fed to the switch SW1 side.
