PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict residents who are the targets of safety confirmation to proper residents when confirming safety of the residents by an intake situation of a meal. SOLUTION: A reservation situation of the meal of the resident input by an operation part 12 for a management device and a presence/absence situation within prescribed time when the meal has to be taken are compared, the resident present within the prescribed time when the meal has to be taken though having reserved the meal is specified in a control part 11 for the management device, and notification for prompting the safety confirmation of the resident is performed by a notification part 16. Thereby, because the residents who are the targets of the safety confirmation are narrowed down to the residents having the reservation of the meal, the residents who are the targets of the safety confirmation can be restricted to the proper residents.
