PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit a content provided from a viewer side, to a transmitter side, and to carry out live distribution using the content. SOLUTION: A transmission device distributes the content of a program live-distributed from a user terminal 10 in the transmitter side, and transmitter specifying information for specifying the user terminal 10 on the Internet, to a client terminal 12 via a streaming distribution server 13. A content provided by the client terminal 12 is directly transmitted to the user terminal 10, based on the transmitter specifying information, and the user terminal 10 executes the live distribution using the content transmitted from the client terminal 12.
