PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drowsy driving prevention device which precisely judges a driver's arousal reduction state. SOLUTION: The drowsy driving prevention device includes: an eye-opening degree measurement means 20 which uses image data of photographed eyes to measure the degree of eye-opening showing how wide eyes open; a blink data interpolation part 30 which interpolates data of blinks measured in order to improve the precision of judgement; an eye-opening rate operation means 40 which operates an eye-opening rate from the measured degree of eye opening and the degree of eye-opening measured with the driver awake; an arousing means 50 which judges the reduction in arousal level of the driver in accordance with the operated eye-opening rate and arouses the driver in the case of the reduction in arousal level; a means 60 which operates probabilities of a driver's reaction time; and a vehicle control means 70 which arouses the driver in accordance with the state of reduction in arousal level of the driver.
