PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance system for dropping a torpedo capable of being miniaturized as a whole and reducing the weight of the total system. SOLUTION: A parachute 8 opened when it reaches a prescribed altitude from a sea surface or when its lowering speed reaches a prescribed speed, an inertial navigation system 9 calculating a self present position in lowering, an auto pilot 10 comparing the information on updated landing aim point on the water successively transmitted from a mother machine and the information on the self present position calculated by the inertial navigation system 9, and detecting the difference between the updated landing aim point on the water and the information on present position, and a steering airfoil control device for driving and controlling an expansion type steering airfoil 6 on the basis of a signal from the auto pilot 10, are received in a body 7 to be formed into one module as a whole.
