PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial rubber roll with an enough antibacterial property and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Since the industrial rubber roll is formed by adding an antibacterial medicine of inorganic oxide complex to rubber base material component, or a sulfurless vulcanization using organic peroxide as a vulcanizing component when adding a component with an inorganic ion exchanger, or preferably complex silver ions, and it is characterized in that it contains no addition agent of sulfur compound system, it has a sufficient antibacterial property without decreasing a performance of antibacterial medicine.
